This can be easily done with Thermacell as follows:

• Scribe out the curve/shape in an unfilled Thermacell wall.
• Cut out the shape using a keyhole saw.
• Cover the cut out section with a thin piece of flat steel.
• Replace the section in the wall and fill with concrete
• 24 hours later, remove the cut out section & finish with plaster sheet.
